My name is Joe Peterson and I am English. I live in Morpeth, a very nice town in the north of England. I am 36 years old. I am a teacher. I work at St Mary's Primary School and I love my job. I get up at 6:30 in the morning, I have some toasts and coffee for breakfast and then I go to work. I always go to work by bus because I haven't got a car. When I finish work I go for a long walk. I love walking. I don't like cars. In my opinion they are very noisy. In the evening I go out with friends or I visit my parents. I go home quite early because I like going to bed early.

Adverbs of frequency.
When talking about your daily routines, you may want to express how often you do your activities. The frequency of occurrence of a given action is expressed in English by a particular kind of time adverbs: Frequency Adverbs.
E.g: I always take the bus to school. >>>>>>> Yo siempre cojo el autobús para ir al colegio.
As frequency adverbs have a sentence position different from other time adverbs, you can learn about them in the following document.
